Key Power Sports Run 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") is organised by Kazoku Events (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser") in accordance with the Rules and Regulations that are applicable to all Participants.
Completion of the online registration form confirms the Participant's agreement to abide by the Rules and Regulations of this Event which is held on the stated date, time and venue.
The Organiser reserves the right to delay the commencement of the run in the event of inclement weather. Should the inclement weather persist after the delay, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the run without refund of registration fees.
The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant deemed physically incapable of continuing with the run to prevent him/her from causing greater harm and injury to himself/herself.
The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of Participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any publicity purpose.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.
The Participant agrees to provide accurate and complete information about the Participant contained in the online registration form. The Organiser may contact the Participant by email. Any notice sent to the Participant's registered email address shall be deemed as received by the Participant. The Organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Participant's registration should any information be found to be incorrect, untrue, or incomplete.
The Organiser reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without assigning any reasons thereof.
The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any dispute arising from incomplete entry details.
After registration, there will be no fee refund for participants who eventually do not take part in the Key Power Sports Run 2020, for any reasons whatsoever.
Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their run entries to another party or change run categories after their registrations are confirmed.
Participants must wear their allocated bib number at all times during the run. Runners without the allocated bib number will not be allowed to take part in the run.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the race without any prior notification, in which case, the registration fees are non-refundable.
Participants must run on the designated path for the entire route.
No pets, or any form of wheel-run objects of transport e.g. inline skates, shoes with built-in or attached rollers is allowed on the course during the run except official and medical vehicles.
Cut off time for the entire event is 4hrs 30mins. The race venue, collection of finisher tee/medal and bag drop will close at 10.30am.
Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/ or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual run day.
The Organiser reserves the right to stop any participant deemed physically incapable of continuing the run to prevent injuries.
